Kyuki aap is tarah ki kadi pahli bar aapne ghar mein banayenge aur is majedar kadi ko bana kar lufat uthaiye.

Samagari:- (8 logo ke liye)

Toh ham ismein sabse pahle Pakode ke liye Samagari lenge:-

  • Hara piyaaj
  • Hara lahsun
  • Besan (1 Bowl)
  • Tel (Refined ya mustard oil)
  • Jeera (1 Tea-spoon)
  • Namak (sawadanusar)
  • Pani (Water)

Kadi ke Pakode banane ki Vidhi :-

  • Sabse pahle ham kadi ke pakode ko tyaar karenge, toh iske liye aap hara piyaaj, hara lahsun, jeera pees ke, namak (sawadanusar) dal kar besan mein achchhi tarah hathon se mix kar lijiye, dhyan rahe ki jab aap is mixer ko mix kar rahe toh ghumate samay hathon ko ek hi disha mein ghumate rahiye. Aur is mixer ko tab tak ghumaiye jab tak besan thoda-thoda white na dikhe. Aab aapka pakoda banane ka pest tyaar hain.
  • Aab aap Gas ko ON kar lijiye, us par kadahi chadhaye usmein tel daliye, tel garam ho jane par besan ke banaye huye pest ko chhoti-chhoti goliyon mein lekar ek-ek karke kadahi mein dalte rahiye. Is tarah se aap kadi ke liye pakode tyaar karte rahe.
  • Aapke garma-garam kadi ke pakode tyaar hain.

Samagari :-

Aab ham Kadi ke liye Samagari lenge:-

  • Khatta Dahi (1/2 kg)
  • Besan (1 Bowl)
  • Lahsun (4,5 kaliyan)
  • Aadarak (ek chhota tukda)
  • Hara mirch (4,5 kaliyan)
  • Hara dhaniya (sajawat ke liye)
  • Sarso Tel (mustard oil)
  • Heeng (1 pinch)
  • Sabut dhaniya (1/2 Tea-spoon)
  • Methi (1/3 bhaag)
  • Rayi (1/3 bhaag)
  • Sabut laal mirch (2,3)

Sawadist aur majedar Kadi banane ki Vidhi:-

  • Aap ismein sabse pahle lahsun, aadarak, hara mirch aur sabut dhaniya ka pest bana lijiye.
  • Aab aap besan ko dahi mein achchhe se mila (mix) lijiye. Aap ismein namak (sawadanusar) aur thodi si laal mirch mila dijiye.
  • Gas ko ON kar lijiye, us par kadahi chadhaye aur tel dal kar garam kijiye. Tel mein heeng dal use thoda sa paka lijiye, fir usmein besan ke ghol ko dal dijiye. Aab us besan ke ghol ko achchhe se pakaye (jise kadi banana nahi aata hain woh 1 ghante achchhe se pakaye).
  • Aab aap kadi ke paak jane ke bad aap usmein methi, rayi ko halka-halka pees le.
  • Gas ON karke, us par ek badi chammach mein tel ko dal kar use garam kijiye, fir usmein sabut laal mirch aur peese huye methi, rayi ko bhi dheemi aanch par achchhe se laal hone tak paka lijye, fir ise kadi ke upar dal kar tadka lagaye, fir aap us par hara dhaniya sajawat ke liye upar se dal sakte hain.
  • Aab aapki sawadist aur majedar kadi tyaar hain. Aap ise aapni family memebers mein serve kare aur chawal, roti ke sath khaye.
